vote to come up with numbers like this -- even immediately after the election -- his numbers were down. Various methods used, but I feel *'s "legacy will not be social security "reform." How far up the chain of command this goes remains to be seen. Didn't Gore get in trouble for making a few campaign phone calls from the WH? What the hell is Rove doing there anyway?
