2. speaking of recusals
this is way off topic but today on AAR they said that John Roberts was part of a three judge panel hearing a case that involved bush-cheney (maybe it had to do with military tribunals trying Guantanamo prisoners?) while bush was simultaneously talking to him about a position on the Supreme Court ...

i believe that should qualify as criminal conduct by bush and by Roberts ...

what will these poor prosecutors do all day when there are just no republicans left to indict ???
