I was listening to the radio and heard Paul Hackett for a few minutes, discussing his platform for his run for Senate. It occurred to me that ALL HE HAS TO DO TO WIN is have an "R" next to his name on the ballot!!

Seriously, let's think about this (not that it's a new idea, I'm sure, but it's time may have come). We know that Dems tend to be MUCH more educated and so could withstand actually reading about the candidates, whereas the repubs are nearly completely unified in their liklihood of just voting the party line.

I wonder if that's how so many DINOs have gotten into power. Have the repubs already employed this strategy?

Hell, I'd vote for a "R" candidate if I was confident of what he really stood for.

Is that crazy?
