It is obvious that after the job that * did on our economy so far, the dem President will have to raise taxes. That may sound like a death sentence to dems, but consider this: 70% corporations are not paying any taxes at all. In addition, the super rich do not vote democratic anyway, so why not plug the corporate loophole and increase taxes on the top 10% of earners, while keeping the * tax for the lower 90%? That way the only pissed people will be the ones who are repugs anyway, the rest will be absolutely unaffected. The dems can actually score big points politically by doing so. What do you think?
