basicaly to get any votes at allat the state wide livel you have to be at 15% or greater in 120 of the nearly 1,800 sites.


To get to double digits you have to get to at least 15% in 1,200 sites.. With 5 players in the second tier and the big three taking 90%. That is just about impossible.
