MLK turned against the war in Vietnam and sided with the exploited working class in America. MLK was far more than a civil rights leader, he was a champion of the workers and a peace leader of international consequence and prestige.

Many of those that extolled MLK's virtues today are themselves guilty of opposing everything MLK stood for. They have supported wars of aggression abroad, suppression of civil liberties at home, and have looked the other way as Israel has continued her brutal and dehumanizing occupation of Palestinian lands.
