So should his supporters. Admit it, face it, and move on.

I had to do that, when I supported Wesley Clark.

He's not even a shoe-in to win his birth state of South Carolina. He was won no state yet. Not one. And it is virtually impossible for him to win Super Tuesday, not having won any state before that time.

He knows it. His best shot, and what he is in fact doing, is trying to maintain (or get) enough delegates to give him some trading power with the winner. He will trade his delegates for ....something. It will not be the V.P. slot, since he lost when he did that. The winner cannot take a chance by taking on a prior loser.

A.G. sounds appropriate. Like Bobby Kennedy.
