I've seen an increasing number of threads in recent days in which people have been arguing about who Republicans are hoping will win the Democratic nomination, especially the extreme right-wingers like Limbaugh & Co.

What's amazing to me is that some posters here seem to not only underestimate the illogical, visceral hatred that many Republicans hold towards the Clintons, but that some truly seem to subscribe to willful ignorance just to avoid admitting a single weakness in the candidate they support.

There is extreme loathing for the Clinton name on the extreme right, and those feelings have been more and more focused on Hillary over the past few years as they, and everyone else in the country, have watched her progressing inevitably towards a Presidential campaign.

It has been there for over a decade. It has festered. It hasn't gone away. And for some here to simply pretend that it doesn't exist so that their candidate of choice won't have so egregious a flaw as to piss off people like Rush Limbaugh is, quite frankly, astounding.
