I suppose that LC's slick job on Rashid Khalidi is in reference to his work at the Madrid Confrence in which the Spanish, US, and Russian governments sat to find a way to bring on a Middle East peace deal. He was tapped because the Isreali government refused to alow the PLO to directly participate.

As a Professor of Middle East history, who currently teaches at Columbia University, he would be a resource for anyone who would want a Palastinian perspective to compliment their understanding of the geo-political atmosphere in the Middle-East. It's called gaining foreign policy experience.

And Larry should check his copy of the Dallas Morning News if he wants to keep trying to sabatoge Obama's campaign.
