and out of a line of 8 people, all but one responded "Democratic" when asked by the poll worker "which party primary are you voting in today".
Woo-hooo!!!!
The woman behind me was soooo cute, had to be about late 80's or 90, she overheard me respond "Democratic" and she smiled really big and said to me "ME, TOO!!!". She initially started to talking to me cuz she saw I had my driver license and voter registration card in hand and she was worried about not having a picture ID on her. The poll worker assured her it was fine, she could still vote. She went to use the touch screen computer next to mine, got another worried look on her face and goes "I don't know how to use this thing!". I told her that the poll workers have to show her how to use it and asked if she wanted me to flag one down. One quickly came over and started walking her through it.

In all my years voting in my county, I don't think I have ever left with such a good feeling/smile on my face!!!

GO COLLIN COUNTY DEMOCRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
