I have purchased radio advertising many times in the past years on KOA radio in Denver and I chose what shows the ads were to run on. Rates were determined by the show NOT the time of day because some shows have higher ratings than others.

You can purchase a general run but even then you are supplied with what shows the ads will appear on and you can choose to have it not run on certain shows.
