196. I think you characterized Clinton moreso than Obama...

She has proven to be all things to all people in her campaign. The triangulating strategy of the DLC is ever adaptable and co-opts everything in its path - Clinton is the perfect chameleon to carry this forward. Her campaign smacks of corporate marketing and high-level executives, with her "job resume".

As for the fascist-leaning economy it's really not all that mysterious - why did I have to turn the world 'upside-down' to come to that conclusion? As for the NSA spying, it allows the government-corporate alliance to keep close tabs on all potential dissidents who aren't "with the <Bush> program". How close have they come to classifying anti-war activist groups as potential security threats?

There's nothing mysterious about the Obama strategy vs. Clinton. In recent speeches Clinton has more or less endorsed an imperial America in tight control of its Middle East oil interests, whereas Obama prefers to focus on restoring America's strength back home. It's as simple as that.
