25. Rotating regional

so in the next elections - 2016 - the order will be

Plain States - January
Mid Atlantic and Great Lake States - February
Pacific Coast and South West - March
South East - April
Convention - May
New England Primary - June

Four years later - in 2020 - the Mid Atlantic And Great Lake will start in January, while the Plain States will close in June.
