59. That was my primary deciding factor
when I chose Obama over Clinton. Sure, there were other deciding issues, but ultimately I kept coming back to his Constitutional background.

Of all that is wrong with this country, nothing can be accomplished on any long-term basis if we do not restore and also assure our Constitution will always fully stand and be fully protected. We can never allow our Constitution to be ignored or abused again. It doesn't matter who is the abuser - Republican or Democrat: we can never allow what Bush* and his administration (Addington, Yoo, Cheney, Gonzales and gang) have done. NEVER! We must have a distinct separation of powers.
