Really, nothing in my post praises Rahm.

The OP is rorshach test in so much that I tried to simply, factually report that bit of news.

I do not agree with Rahm and the 'new democrat' target and triangulate strategy he represents.

This could be more about Illinois politics than national, but I somehow doubt it.

I think this is the pragmatic strategy stated best in 'The Law of Holes' which is to say, stop digging.
