It sounds like this delegate decided on his own to switch. I think he's wrong to do that if he was elected as a Clinton supporter, but I guess he has the right to do that. If this starts happening with a lot of delegates it could be evidence of poaching. But it's believable that one delegate could decide to switch of his own volition, or be a stealth Obama supporter all along who slipped under the radar.
