It's the last gasp of a dying campaign; trying to delay the inevitable as long as possible. Obama will have reached the majority of pledged delegates tomorrow night; there is no way Hillary can win FOLLOWING THE RULES AS LAID OUT BY THE DNC, not Hillaryland's rules.

Obama certainly has every right to declare victory, whether Clinton agrees with it or not.
