And just point out that Obama beat someone who had the full backing and the same last name as Bill Clinton. Bill Clinton could have backed any candidate in 2004 and that candidate would've easily won the nomination. That's why he chose to stay neutral, despite a preference for Wesley Clark, because he knew that the other candidates would see it as unfair and it might cause tension in the party.

Obama beat Bill Clinton's wife and chosen candidate. I don't think you realize just how difficult that was to do.
