So look, I know I’m a newbie here, and typically just lurk, but I can’t take this anymore. What is wrong with you people? I feel like I’m listing to an argument b/t my toddlers. I’ll admit I’m young, have yet to turn ‘cynic’ (others refer to it as experience), and still have that ‘save the world’ mentality, but one thing I can say about myself is that I don’t have my primary blinders on. I’m so sick of this manufactured crap. Geez, people get over yourselves. There is shit happening in this country that is bigger than all of us. I love my country much more than I will ever love either of these candidates or my party, and for that I would do anything in my power to make sure that John McCain isn’t my next president. Perhaps it’s time that we stop tearing each other down, and make this happen-be it Obama or Clinton. My toddlers are counting on this.

BTW, I’ll add that I admire the passion I see on DU, just wish we could perhaps direct it into something a little more useful and productive.
