1. Why did he dodge by trying to shame her?

2. How did he think he would get away with not answering the question by labeling HER sexist?

3. How can the Republicans throw the charge of sexist/sexism or an old boys club when they don't believe in identity politics?

4. How can the RNC and the McCain campaign coordinate an expense for clothes when it is illegal for a candidate to use campaign contributions for mortgage payments, clothes and other personal expenses?
