58. Of course the story isn't true, for the million reasons people already pointed out
but one of the parts that rings the falsest is that we're supposed to believe that an Obama-supporting waiter would be upset if one of his patrons told him he was giving the tip to a homeless person because he needed it more.

I think it's much more likely that the waiter would say "You saw a homeless guy you'd rather give this money to than me because he could use it more? Well, by all means give it to him, then. Say, can you tell me where he is? Maybe we can do something about getting him into a shelter and a place where he can get hot meals. Try to do something to really help him."

Instead we're supposed to believe that he reacts the way the freeper himself would--that he gets all pissy about the idea that money HE supposedly earned is going to someone else more in need. Doesn't sound like an Obama supporter to me.
