I could see someone running that crap in battleground states but in California? I think they are using the scatter gun approach now...just shoot all the crap out there, anywhere and see if it sticks. They have no strategy.... The Obama campaign has been extremely strategic on where they spent time, money and resources. They pulled out of Georgia after exceeding their voter registration goals and focused getting their message out defensively in states they needed to hold and in states they felt they had a real chance in pulling into the fold. Once they felt they had done a pretty good job on defense and making inroads in key battleground states they have had the luxury to put resources back into traditionally deep red states like Georgia. It was both a good offense in that the combination of the voter registration numbers coupled with a message of hope in the face of sheer chaos in the economy have made Georgia actually competitive. And that offense meant that McCain had to pour resources into Georgia to defend his position.
