I early voted two weeks ago, and sorta snuck a look at a few other ballots around me that were being put into the ballot box. Three were ahead of me. Two of those were Straight Dem. Plus mine made three. FIVE Obama stickered vehicles in the lot, out of about 30-40 cars.

Fast forward to this morning. I had to show my husband where to vote today, since the early voting place wasn't available today. I counted four vehicles with Obama stickers. One was chock FULL of pro Dem stuff on the back of the car!

Finally this afternoon, I had to also show my daughter where to go to vote. As we drove up, we were greeted by a lady with a guitar a good ways from the polling area, but not to be missed as you had to turn into the parking lot and pass her. Obama and local Dem candidate stickers on her truck, a cool Red White and Blue hat on, singing her heart out. We came into the polling area, and ahead of my daughter was an elderly man that had checked his ballot instead of marking the circles in all the way. The poll guy was awesome and helped the man out. All Dem....:D Yeah you bet I looked! On the way out, we rolled down the window to listen for a minute or two to the singing lady before we had to keep going, with a car behind us...

Also, two more cars (out of probably ten or so) had Obama or Texas Dem stickers on them in the parking lot. My daughter was plain giddy, as this was her first GE to vote in. She is still stoked!

It was a really beautiful day for voting, and even more beautiful now!!! Whodathunk there'd be so many supporters in this red state and not be Austin!
