52. What has always bothered me is her willingness to use Trig as an accessory
with apparently no thought to his comfort and well-being. I would expect a few photo ops, all of the candidates do this, but she consistently exposed him to crowds, noisy and bright environments when he would have been much more comfortable in a quieter, less frenetic location with a loving caretaker or nanny. This would be true of any infant, but especially one with special needs.

What really brought this home to be was her bus stop at Wal-Mart to pick up diapers for Trig. Are we to believe that she couldn't have assigned this chore to a campaign aide? But, no, there she was lugging him around like a sack of potatoes, draped over her arm and being jostled by the crowd while she signed autographs, to reinforce her image of being just a regular Mom who had to interrupt her busy schedule to take care of her child. It was such a sham.
