Its needed desperately in all of our cities. There are better systems available with newer technology.. but with cities strapped for cash, they often neglect improving infrastructure that could help save the costs for the inhabitants of those cities. AND many of our leaders don't understand green and science... I beleive there are wayyyy too many lawyers and business leaders who eventually run for office. Mainly because they have the funds. AND then they don't understand the value of science, technology, and arts. Those are the items they don't want to invest in because they don't know how to make them valuable.. because they were never taught those values.
