10. I'd argue that people shouldn't spend money they DO have.
If they are just buying the typical crap just to have it or to give as gifts, with greeting cards included.

Our planet just can't take our overconsumptive ways, it just can not take it.

Our activities and economy have been on an unsustainable binge, with other countries trying to be more like us, (sigh).

Believe me, the sooner we cut it out and think differently, the better chance our grandchildren will have of having something left, and I don't mean money and "things".
