the Burueau of Mutant Affairs appointment would go to Dean (only a mutant can scream like that), but maybe Obama wants to keep Obatma close because it's better for a mutant bat to be inside of the cave pissing all over the place (because bats can't see worth a shit and that radar thing never works very well judging by their pointless changes of direction) than to be outside of the cave trying to get in so they can use the restroom but ending up in Alaska (because they can't see worth a shit) and then impregnating Sarah Palin and producing a mutant race of winking bats that can't even see Russia.
