Rep. Taylor rose on the floor of the House on Wednesday to raise a series of motions to recommit, basically parliamentiaian moves to broadcast the fact that the economy is in such a condition that the rethugs are sacrificing social programs for the cost of their war.

I am not familiar with the gentelman, he seems to have leadership qualities.
