2. You can write to the WDNR secretary, who seems opposed to
the idea of hunting cats.

Although the citizen participants at the Conservation Congresses voted in favor of the hunt which was a citizen initiative, the professionals in the WDNR only take CC votes as recommendations.

The WDNR can recognize a controversy and isn't likely to go forward with the idea of hunting cats.
