6. A lot of corporations support the Repugs' policies

because they make them richer. It's stupid but Dems frequently cave in to get the lesser amounts of contributions that are thrown their way. Business likes * and the Repukes in general. Dems have allowed unions and progressive movements to be undermined because of our corrupt political system. JMHO, of course.
