I’m continuing this thread because the other one has grown too large.

The original thread was about “twin” anomalies discovered within the precinct and voter statistics reports of Florida. For those not familiar with the issue please visit the link below for more info.

Personally, I think the anomaly is significant since it *strongly* indicates automatic vote manipulation.

The main question was “Is the anomaly random?” After reading all the arguments I’ve found TruthIsAll’s analyses the most credible and thorough. He not only tried multiple scenarios but also explained his equations in detail (See below).

This second post is an attempt to gain more opinions from everyone. Do YOU think it is a smoking gun? Please back up your claims with something solid if you want to provide an argument. It is up to the reader to decide.

The odds are greater against finding more “twins”. Private research in this area will continue and I encourage anyone interested to get involved.
