253. Oh, that's wonderful
And you know what? She was right in another way she may not realize. When you do those things, you are opening your heart - and that goes for things going in and thngs going out. "Heaven opened up and the angels were singing" sounds about right as a description for what happens then. And you know what, you fed her in addtion to feeding yourself. Talk about win/win!

If you've ever looked into the descriptions of the 7-chakra system, it has a lot to say about this. It's a lovely to ponder. Each of the chakras "rules" a part of life in this view, though all of them interact. The heart chakra (love, emotions) and the throat chakra (expression, sound) are right next to each other (numbers 4 and 5 going up). I'm reading a book about it now and it is utterly fascinating as a way to visualize things that are otherwise hard to integrate.

I hope you find more time like this. In fact, if I believed in messages from "the universe," I'd say you got one when she told you what she did.
