Just an Update on Filings in Ohio Federal Court case.

I just checked the docket and nothing new has been filed in the Ohio Federal Court case filed against Blackwell regarding the election that the Kerry/Edwards Campaign joined back in December '04. It looks like it is just stalled, no new filings since March 1, 2005. The issue before the court is whether this court should be transferred to the Northern District and consolidated with Rios v. Blackwell.
