There's a copy of it somewhere on the board. He wasn't shrugging, just suggesting that the evidence was better sent to the DNC. Makes sense that they'd be better able to coordinate. And I imagine he doesn't need to be email bombed.

In no way did the email response make it sound like he was giving up.

(and these snarky comments everywhere are REALLY starting to get on my nerves)
