Provisional Ballot Summary from March 4 , 2008 OH Primary

Of interest on Provisionals in Ohio (I concentrated on the biggest provisional counties which coincided with large urban areas):

Summit County (Akron) has ALL of their Provisionals count: 5152/5152 while...

Cuyahoga(Cleveland) had 18647/23904 or 78%
Franklin (Columbus) had 16,349/19,963 or 81.9%
Hamilton (Cincinnati) had 9606/12,192 or 78.8%
Montgomery (Dayton) had 5694/6906 or 82.5%
Lucas (Toledo) had 3419/5251 or 65.1 %

total all 88 counties: 81% or 99,982/123,432
