17. This may end up blowing up in the face of Dumars

Iverson is still a first ballot HoF talent.

He is great on both sides of the ball, just he chucks a bit too much.

If he's healthy (which has been his problem 'cept last year), Detroit will go to the ECF and maybe the finals. Iverson will be a more prolific scorer with Detroit, and heck he's great at picking the ball off too. What would Joe do then? Keep Iverson like the fans may ned up clamoring for, or try a shot at luring Lebron?

The past few years he's scoring a bit above 25 ppg, 7+ assists (quite a lot for someone who isn't supposed to be a PG), 2 steals pg, and 45% shooting.

Iverson is the most underrated player in the NBA and it may be smarter for Detroit to try to resign Iverson for not as much money and add someone like Lamar Odom, then really blow the team up in 4 or 5 years.
