Kucinich's District (10) is Cuyahoga County and it looks like there is quite a set-up for theft of election underway...

Right now very expensive campaign ads are being run for Rebecca Ferris (DINO) -- and she does not have the $$ to run such ads...

Also Rethugs are being directed to cross-over during the primary to vote for Ferris (to unseat Kucinich)...

All of this, IMO, is being done so the Ohio GOP can STEAL THE ELECTION. IMO, there won't be enough people to cross over to get Ferris the votes she needs, and Dems are going to vote for Kucinich (at least as evidenced by reports of lawn signs all over Ohio-10).

Any other indication that Ohio GOP is about to STEAL THE ELECTION? Guess what kids?

On Election Day, May 2nd, the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections will present our new electronic voting system. Electronic Voting will replace punch card voting. Electronic voting devices are easy to use, secure and accessible to all of our voters. The touch screen machines are similar to using an ATM machine at your local bank. Although you will not get a “receipt”, you will be able to review your selections on the enclosed verifiable paper audit trail before casting your ballot.

Want to see how the machines work? Look for a link to a video at this page: <http://boe.cuyahogacounty.us/electronicvoting.htm>

I just called Cuyahoga BOE (216.443.3298) and the lady on the phone confirms the new voting machines are DIEBOLD.

Please keep in mind that a verifiable paper audit trail means NOTHING unless 100% of the votes on that trail are recounted no matter what the outcome. If Ferris were to win by 51% - they must recount all to know whether Kucinich really lost. If Ferris were to win by 62% - they must recount all.

But - wait! Ohio State Legislature just passed new laws this year making it very, very expensive and very difficult to do recounts (sorry, no links).

CAN YOU SPELL S-C-R-E-W-E-D??

My thoughts:
1) We've got to do what we can to get-out-the-vote.
2) Also, provide extra donations to the Kucinich campaign.
3) BEG the Kucinich campaign to prepare for a recount IMMEDIATELY at the close of the polls on election day. Even if Kucinich wins he should hold a recount - if his campaign can document wildly different recount totals from those reported election evening - that might blow the lid off of Ohio's tainted elections.
4) See RayOfLight's post below about helping to run parallel elections!
