but once the nominee is decided, I feel more than positive that everyone will pull together and get the job done. Do you honestly believe that either Hillary supporters (the "real" ones, not the Limbaugh factor) or Obama supporters would flock to McCain if their nominee isn't the candidate? I seriously doubt it. True, Obama and Clinton have been concentrating on each other more than McCain over the past couple of months, but there are positives from that, in that all the dirty laundry has been aired ad nauseam, there should be no "surprises" that the Republicans can pull out of their hats at the last minute to shake things up. McCain's been able to coast somewhat, but there's plenty of time to make the distinctions between our nominee and him, and I don't think it's going to look good for him at all, no matter who the Democrats run.
