ground.

"FISA courts always lean in the direction of the government and are seen as nothing more than a rubber stamp of government intrusion on your civil liberties and a license to spy on citizens at will."

That used to be the way FISA was seen by many when it was first introduced. Now the country has shifted so far to the right that FISA actually looks moderate by comparison.

How sick and depressing is that?
