Threaten the caucus with accusations of "removing him for political reasons, to cover up some imagined/marketed RW attack investigation of Obama." That is how HABITUAL traitors behave when you allow them to blackmail you into getting their way even after getting caught betraying you for the zillionth time. That could cause more damage than the two potential outcomes you allowed this snake to blackmail you with. Especially since his experience thus far is that he can get away not only with putting the knife in repeatedly, but actually getting rewarded for it. He was a "great help" to the Big Dog during the RW investigations on him now wasn't he? He has a long history of betrayal that goes well beyond his behavior during the 'o8 elections. Time to call his bluff when he has less power to cause harm. Besides there are many Democrats who EARNED a chance at that gavel - your appeasement sets a bad example on so many levels it boggles the mind.
