In an interview with Major Garrett, documented by ABC's The Note:

April 19, 2012

.....

As his interview wound down, Rubio made a bit of a slip when he talked about his future after his career as a vice president, not a senator.

Three, four, five, six, seven years from now, if I do a good job as vice president, Im sorry, Rubio said as he caught himself. If I do a good job as a senator instead of a vice president, Ill have a chance to do all sorts of things, including commissioner of the NFL, which is where the real power is.

All the silken rhetoric in the world will not hide the heavy political baggage strapped to this man. He has yet to be properly vetted by the national media, which is viewed by many as nothing short of abject failure to inform the public of this man's destructive past.

Beware.

This is a deceptively smooth, fast-talking, smiling con artist.
