or November.
Silly me, I'm expecting the report to say it;s going greeaaeat but we need to stay in Iraq till 09.
But others here belive the report will be brutally honest and damning, causing Republicans to defect and ditch their support of the war so we can finally ask for some real toothy legislation. Easy peasy!
So the plan is to sit on out hands till then, it would seem.
