99. Agreed. What in the world were they thinking of.

The Rand Corp. is doing the heavy lifting on this. Way back, they had a scholar, or whatever they call them, named Herman Khan. He wrote "Thinking the Unthinkable," a rational for a winnable nuclear war. Can you imagine. What a total idiot. Now, in their brochure, they have a quip about their scholars "thinking the unthinkable."

The truth was revealed by the vote total - 404 to 6. Lord!
