17. The events in his life have made a different man of him.
Diversity can breed strength or break a man. In John's case, the years following the elections brought challenge, tragedy and resolve into his life. He's running with the blessing of his Best Person, a great lady who now fights a courageous battle to live, and live purposefully. She cheers him on and their shared heart knows This Matters and must be done, and done with honesty, and courage to fight back when maligned. To call the lies. To stand.

Flawed? He must be, this is a human being I speak of. Mistakes? He's in politics, isn't he? It's a job qualification.

I will speak out when I see things from his camp I disagree with, so I may learn if what I hear or see is rooted in truth. If it's coming from the MSM, that's the first thing any sane person would do, given it's horrible history of Repeating the Lie.

I wish all in this race for the Democratic nomination the best.

But as things stand now, my head thanks my heart for telling me this is John's time.

Go for it Senator.
