9. Yes, they did...

“He was rather vulgar in his response,” Vallario said Tuesday. “I was given a court order, and I really don’t feel I have any choice but to comply with that court order.”

The response team also announced its presence and asked for the door to be opened before breaking it in, Vallario said.

They gave both sides of the story. It's a matter of whose story you believe.
