The economy is in shambles in most counties in the mountains. Oxycontin, Lorcets, and other drugs sell for up to $100 each. Some Lorcets sell for $10 each on the streets. Many people get prescriptions of 90 per month and sell them on the street to live. That is the economy of much of Kentucky, especially in the mountains. I could tell tales.
