The hit on Plame was too well orchestrated, almost like it was scored by a cheap playwright. Having the need to avenge spite seems rather trivial and does not seem what was done here, there were probably hundreds of ways *co and company could went after a Plame if needed. They chose a way that they knew would get kicked around. They effectively put up a smoke screen to hide all of the crap that Dick and other friends had been doing for years before they got in office. The Plame deal was a set up all along it would seem to me.

Like i would not give them that much credit either because they really don't seem that smart to me. It is much of the same old pattern with a slight twist of Rove. The deal is that they pulled the same kind of stunts during they Raygun /bush years but just not as blatant
