That is an issue that is beyond repair. You either uphold the nation's laws or you don't. Democrats have chosen not to..It is as basic as that. It doesn't matter one whit whether Republicans manage to block their efforts or not. What matters is that they try and do what's right....They have not done so and Congress has an approval rating much lower than Bush*'s..
