Bubba, the "born again Christian" has cut money to all social programs. Quickly gutted the Parks and Recreation program financially, and then put in under the Police Dept.

Cut the funding the one Human Rights group that was able to help stop gang violence, because the supported Peace and the Fresno Free republicans were threatened by them.

Has continually attacked the Homeless during his reign as Mayor. ( using police, sherrif, and transporation dept)

Bubba is as sick as Bush or sicker.
