7. well, I kind of do
but here is the situation- Grandma's will split all property evenly between my Mom (her daughter) and me. Mom has been renting out Grandma's house and sending some of the money to me (minus expenses) so we would not go hungry on Hubby's SSDI. We did not want to move into the house for various reasons, location being the chief reason. According to Mom, she rents the house out at below market rate to keep the current (good) tenants. She has it in her name for tax and other purposes.

So technically, I am sort of a "landlord". However, the "profits" are going to support the poor: us. It means I can afford the expensive protein powder that Hubby needs for his special dialysis diet.
